Launched in 2015, STREAT has since become a permanent highlight event of the annual Singapore Food Festival organised by the Singapore Tourism Board. A unique outdoor dining experience in the heart of the city, it attracts a large number of local and international visitors every year.

Project Objective

The brief called for a concept that showcased Singapore food in all its glory – from signature hawker fare to modern Singaporean creations. One of the key objectives was to tell the story of Singapore food culture, celebrating the richness and diversity of the city’s culinary offerings and local talent. The vision was for a curated, creative showcase that brought together exciting culinary and dining experiences, and entertainment.
